Common questions

Do we need an audit or an independent examination?

Most charities below the audit threshold can opt for an independent examination instead — lighter-touch and lower-cost. From 30 September 2026 the thresholds rise, widening who qualifies. We'll confirm which applies to you.

What is changing with SORP 2026?

The new SORP introduces a three-tier reporting regime, brings leases onto the balance sheet and changes how income is recognised. We'll guide your transition step by step.

Do you work with churches and PCCs?

Yes — churches, PCCs, faith charities and community organisations are a core part of our work.
